I have to say that it is a very riscky business to invest in taxis in medellin.think of it as the teamsters on crack.Maybe thats not the best way to describe it but its powerful enough.I'm not sure who you should talk to about it but as a friendly warning i must say"be very careful " that's dangerous turf.

like any where you go some one will try and rip you off but you can find deals if you look hard enough. let me know if you find a stable country to live in.it seems that they are a hard find these days.

prices are too high right now for propety in medellin.especially for new apartments.they are way too small and cheaply constructed.youre better off buying an older apartment.the structures are much more stable and spacious even if you have to pput in new appliances its worth it
