Can anybody tell their personal experience with lasik eye surgery in Colombia. We just moved into a new rental house. The first night there, we find out there is a dog in the lot behind us that barks all day and all night -- constantly. The dog woke me up in the morning barking. I took a peek over the tall wall separating us and I saw the dog tied to a post with a 3 foot leash. All day and all night the dog stays tied to the post and barks. Obviously the owner is a piece of s-h-i-t for a) doing this to the poor dog and b) not giving a damn about his neighbors.
