visit to bogota

i am off to cartagena end of the week with my wife and two sons (16 and 14 years) - on the way back to denmark we will be staying for 3 days in bogota to do some sightseeing. i have been told that we should look at salto del tequendama y zipaquira and the gold museum - any other good suggestions?

on the webpage of bienes & bienes i have found the above project which is located on the corner of cra. 80 and cra. 76 - believe it is in belén.

is anybody familiar with this project and can tell me a bit about the area.

i wish to find out which colombian companies have their shares listed on the new york stock exchange - sofar i have only been able to locate bancolombia.

Colombian economy and purchase of apartment in Medellin

i am presently contemplating of buying an apartment for my in-laws living in medellin however, i am a bit uncertain on how to go about doing this.

can somebody give me a hint whether lawyers etc. are needed for such purchase and if the apartment is valued at around 90 mio pesos what should i calculate as additional costs for lawyers, legalization etc.
