Thinking of buying an used ('98-'03) 5-door hatchback in Colombia. Currently considering:

Chevrolet Corsa 1.4L
Renault Clio 1.4L
Ford Fiesta x.xL

Non-denominational wedding info request...

I'll be getting married in Cartagena in November of this year and would like to have a non-denominational ceremony at the beach. Does anyone know and/or have any suggestions about how to find a non-denominational minister in Colombia (preferably Cartagena)?

I tried contacting several Catholic priests, but was told that the ceremony would have to take place INSIDE a church.

Vonage VoIP Service over CableModem @ 128K/64K

Planning to take my Vonage TA to Pereira in a few days, but from what I am told, the best Residential Broadband (CableModem) service there runs at 128k/64k.

Will this bandwidth be enough?

I know Vonage supports a "Bandwidth Saver" feature, which can be set as low as "30K"... but would like to know if anyone has actually set this up and placed/received calls over a 128k/64k link.

How to obtain Colombian Driver Licence (Pase)?

I am a Colombian/US citizen with a valid NJ Driver Licence (probably would be OK), but would feel more confortable driving around with a Colombian driver licence.

Is there a website where I can information about obtaining a colombian driver licence?

What is requried? How long will it take to get it? How much does it cost? etc...
