Mountain Biking in Medellin

I want to go visit my parents in medellin but i would also like to take my bike and maybe do some xc racing, anyone now of some fun events for xc mountain biking?
anyone now of some good trails?
I know when i was a kid I used to go to caldas and they had some good trail but I wonder it they are still their?
