Just be carefull I went to Medellin with my cousin and it was pretty cool the only thing that they told me was not to flash your money my biggets mistake i pulled out a wad of cash and thats a big no no, the other thing one night i went to a night club and got so drunk that i forgot to how to speak spanish and i did all night i was speaking in english all night with my cousin.
those should be your only concerns.

Thats why i love california I live in So. California and is the only place that i have lived in and I can compare it to the Woman I see in colombia the women here in So. Cal are amazing but i have yet to go to a gym in medellin. maybe next time i go visit my parents in envigado i will go. any recomendations?

learn both Cristal I think you need to learn both languages. This is a Colombian forum so some people are going to right in Spanish, I don't know if you knew but Spanish is the language of choice in Colombia.
Oh and please if you are going to try to write in English please learn how to write proper English.

si yo fuera usted yo entraria con la estaunindense. hace unos veranos fui a visitar a mi familia en medellin he hice el error de entrar con el pasaporte colombiano, como no tenia cedula de colombia me dijero que si no sacaba la cedula no posia salir del pais. asi que me toco hacer vueltas y papeleo en mis vacaciones. asi que yo nunca utilizare my pasaporte colombiano.

YOU ARE SO WRONG Cristal,
1st of all just because a person lives here in the state doesn’t mean that they are not going to do drugs or drink.
i lived in Medellin for the most part of my child hood and I can guarantee you that i didn't try drugs at all, non of my friend did drugs. Actually it was until I moved here that I stared hanging out with people that did drugs. ( i no longer hang out with them)
2nd of all New York is not the greatest place for a kid to grow up. i lived their for about a year and i saw as many crimes as i saw when I lived in Medellin.
3rd of all learn how to spell and stop treating people with words like "stupid" do you even know her. is she your friend?
Silvia i have something to say to you about moving to Colombia just think of the opportunities that your daughter is going to have in Colombia and the opportunities that she is going to have here.
I went to jr high in Colombia and I had to go to a public school because all the privet "good school" you have to know someone, while here you can go to any school you want to go to.
I know this country is really lonely but think about your daughter future.

mountain biking in medellin I want to go visit my parents in medellin but i would also like to take my bike and maybe do some xc racing, any now of some fun events for xc mountain biking?
any one now of some good trails?
i know when i was a kid i used to go to caldas and they had some good trail but i wonder it they are still their?
