Are Colombians friendlier?

It is not rare for one to read posts in this forum extolling the friendliness of Colombians. But are we, really, friendlier than anyone else? Hygiene

Yesterday, Londonmale had the audacity to criticize cleanliness in Colombia. Today, president Uribe is the victim of a "food intoxication", meaning he probably eat some sh*t.
