First time poster--Utopiacowboy or any person experienced. My Colombian wife of over one year and two Colombian step-kids, aged 8 and 13, we are going through the final stages of the BCIS/INS process. Will the children be able to travel to Colombia and come back to the United States without another notorized letter of approval from their father each time they want to travel and come back? I am not sure if he will sign another letter. I was told that the childrens papers notorized with his signat ...
