Wearing the pants Men wear the pants. You can still love your wife. Respect her and treat her like a Queen. Pamper her bring her flowers. That stuff is great. However, there is only one Chief when push comes to shove. It must be known who the Chief is also. Human nature dictates the man is dominate. Or better be, If not the woman will quickly lose respect. Hence our friend that started the discussion. The woman actaully wants the man to be in control. This is not a bad thing. Both are equal and of same importance.
One last thing I have learned. You canot teach this to a weak man. They will argue up and down when you try to help. Then they end up alone or in constant torment. Some never learn, most learn the hard way.

Caslug What a silly post. First, someone has to do these jobs... LOTS of black workers shining shoes, being bag handlers, pushing those wheelchair. Very demeaning to those good people who do those jobs. Anyone living here thinking there is discrimination against blacks in the workplace is commical. They get into college with lower grades than whites. Companies bend over backward to hire one that is competent. My company let a black woman (best of both worlds here) stay about 2 years in a sales job because of her race. I have been there 6 yrs and anyone else not selling ( white ) gets booted in 6 months. It is really insulting for me to have this conversation. It is like your telling me 1+1 is 4 and me trying to argue. Do you know that blacks IQ is 15 points below that of whites? This is a fact. Have any idea what a huge spread that is? Could that be the reason they are shining shoes? Is this my fault? Are their smarter blacks than me. Of course. Generally speaking they are much less intelligent. They have MORE chance and opportunity in this country that a white male. It is not even close. Policies such as Affirmative Action are proof. Is is not debatable. There are literally thousands of programs for blacks to prop them up. None for Anglos.
