I appreciate alot Canadians, and that why I tell you this: 1) Do not get advise from people from the USA in Colombia, get the advise from the Colombian goverment pages, or any Colombian page about businesses in Colombia. 2) USD250K is not enough if you are thinking of living nice in Colombia, unless, you want to get into estrato 2 or 3 as the average USA Joe in Colombia. 3) If you are decided to live like the average USA Joe or the average Colombian Jose, you can find properties for about 50-75K strato 3 or 25- 50K estrato 2. 4) if you want to get into a good property to rent, the prices are about USD 7K for Sqr mt, then, with the money you have, you could get a 35sq mts apartment in a good area.

La verdad, este blog es mas dirijido a extranjeros o extra-colombianos que para Colombianos. Mas que todo hablando de Yankies. En la red hay blogs mucho mas significantes y maduros para hispano hablantes que quieren saber mas de Colombia o los mismos Colombianos que quieren estar mas informados del acontecer Colombiano. Yo prefiero gastarme 45 minutos escribiendo un post en un Blog creado por hispano-hablantes y recibir respuestas a este de hispanohablantes. Uno de los mejores blogs en la red lo Tiene Facebook, el cual uso mucho y en el cual encuentro hispanohablantes de varios lados de Latinoamerica. Para que gastar teclado en un sitio donde la mayoria a ecepcion de los hispano hablantes, tienen un nivel de entendimiento del español 10 veces peor que mi nivel de ingles. La otra cosa es que en este sitio hay varios administradores completamente sesgados. Y por ultimo, para algunos de los hispano hablantes que entendemos un poco de ingles, es fastidioso ingresar a este portal y ver que la mayoria de posts son un copy and paste de otros sitios, y que la mayoria son basados en politica y guerra. y si no fuera poco, posts encaminados a ser ver el terrorismo de las FARC como algo necesario para el bienestar del pueblo Colombiano. La cosa es que los post dirigidos a defender grupos terroristas como alqueada y las farcs en este sitio web, deberian ser borrados, cosa que no va a pasar por que uno de los mobs piensa que estos post son el reflejo de la libre expresion. A los negociadores Colombianos les falto liderazgo e iniciativa, esto quiere decir que Colombia con el actual TLC no cambiaria mucho su actual nivel de exportacion, ya que el 90% del los productos Colombiano entran a los Estados Unidos sin arancel mientras que los que vienen de estados Unidos a Colombia entran com altos aranceles. Si el TLC se hubiera aprovado, las exportaciones Colombianas seguirian siendo las mismas. Yo colocaria el siguiente analogismo; si yo lograra venderle un computador portatil de 4GB RAM, 240 MGB HD, Pentium y con las mejores es especificaciones tecnicas y el software mas actualizado a un analfabeta, estoy casi seguro que esa persona lo recibiria pero no sabria que hacer con el. Eso le pasaria a Colombia con el TLC, esto quiere decir que Estados Unidos veria la oportunidad de invertir (inversion extranjera en Colombia es llamado salida de capitales de Colombia) y apoderarse economicamente de gran parte de Colombia y usar su mano de obra barata, asi tambien, de introducir un sin numero de productos Estadoundences a bajo costo haciendo que los empresarios Colombianos den un paso atras y decidan vender sus compañias a inversionistas Estadounidences para no perderlas. Tecnologicamente, Estados Unidos esta por encima de Colombia, y en cuestion de años con este TLC, Colombia se convertiria posiblemente en un Estadosunidos dependiente ( o mas bien 100%), en pocas palabras, estariamos en la mano de los Estados Unidos. Yo estoy a favor de los TLCs. Pero este TLC es un computador de alta tecnologia que lo quiere compra un analfabeta el cual en este caso es Colombia. That why, every year there should be a service charge year end where the expenditure and income should be put together and then based on the apportionment, every tenant should receive a year end charge or a year end credit. it depends of the apportionable expenditure and the income raised on every tenant. Now, have the owners of the building received the annual service charge year end?. You should look for an auditor to review every year end. There is something that I have realised about gringos who go to Colombia. They think that they are being watched by every one, they think they are at the centre of attention, they think that every someone's girl friend is looking at them, they think that every colombian is looking for their "money".
