We looked at nice apartments before we started the business in Cali.

Something really nice, 3 bedrooms, newish place and in a secure complex with a pool goes for anywhere between 1.5-2.2 million pesos per month.

Ofcourse you can get cheaper but we always found those other buildings ugly or in an area that we didn't like.

Please freeze this thread Yes we are so drop it. I really have had enough of you medefockinllin. I understand this is a public forum and you can say what you want however I do have to ask why you feel the need to drill me with questions that frankly are none of your business. You are obviously not planning to stay in the house so I don't see why I should discuss our accounting practices on a public forum with you.

I get that you either A. have way too much time on your hands and like getting involved with other peoples business or B. your just a plain arsehole or C. both

Either way I don't really care. How about you cut me some slack as if anything I am hoping that what we are doing may make some small influnce on the amount of tourists coming to Cali and therefore benifit the whole community.

Now that you know we are not promoting sex tourism I really don't know what your grudge is.

Moderators can you please freeze this thread as it has now gone of the point.

I am telling you now not to consider coming to our house if you expect that it is a whore house. Simply it is not and you will be disapointed.

Our description of someone cool is any man or women aged 18-99 who probaly doesn't have the time to reply to this forum (because they have better things to do) but is just reading over it and they are thinking that parting for a week in Cali with a bunch of young guys with a big mansion sounds like a great way to experience Cali

Your right I don't know my own url... thats what happens when you live in Cali 4 months.

For those interested no we are not a brothel. We do not make money from any girls. We do not have girls working in the house. We are not connected with Aussie Greg.

This Mansion is our home and we are having some fun and making some extra money to help pay for the lifestyle.

If people want to bring working girls back to the house we can't prohibit that as we would lose a significant portion of our market, however this has nothing to do with what we are offering.

Thanks for the comments everyone. We had a heated conversation about what content to include on the site. Gerry, obviously being older and more sensible suggested that we not include the finger salute pics... I won because I made the website. In the end we are not trying to run a 5 star hotel. The type of clients we want are people that are coming here to party and to have a good time and need a nice place to stay. I believe that makes atleast 40% of the market judging from the people I have met.

Obviously we both have a serious side and are not clowns all the time but we want to create the impression that anyone that stays with us will experience Cali in a way that is impossible from a hotel room.

In the next couple of weeks we are visiting many night clubs and taking photos to try and put together a clubbers guide to Cali. This will be a feature of our website and will be something a little more detailed than what we found in Lonley Planet.

More pictures of the house and rooms coming in the next couple of days.

Again thanks for the overwhelming response. I have a feeling I am going to be sleeping in the basement if business continues like this.
