ya man, da paperwork can be a paper war. Make sure you've really got it all, remember time limits for certain certificates. You mess it up, you go home.

Since 1st of Feb you can just go to Colombia on tourist visa and marry there. Make sure you got the required paperwork.

Sure, but you would have the same problem making the normal AIDS test, donation or not. The result would be questionable.

Go with her to a blood donation.
In colombia they do automatically a HIV test once you want to donate blood.
Maybe you even get some money for it ;-)

No hay libertad sin violencia? es muy facil sacarle la piedra a un Colombiano y lograr que se enfurezca y que se vuelva rabioso. La violencia, impaciencia y falta de etica es parte del caracter de la gente, del caracter que se forme durante la infancia y la educacion.
