hi, good to hear from you, when I applied for a visa I needed a TEFL cert but it may have changed because I think companies here can get you a visa if you have other proof of the ability to teach English, however I would contact the Colombian consulate in London to find out for sure. Regards accommodation I have a big house with pool where other teachers stay so the atmosphere is perfect
