Renting in Bogotá, options

Hi. I just rented my apartment in Bogotá - 1,200,000 / month, furnished, estrato 4, etc. It was a fairly easy process but I did need to get all the appropriate paperwork in order, provide a 1 month deposit, and this was done through the apartment owner rather than an agency. I'm sure if I had gone through an agency it would have more difficult as I'm non-Colombia, don't have a cedula, etc. During my apartment search I found several nice places and several dumps as well. SantaFe de Antioquia

Hi. My gal and I are going to be in SantaFe de Antioquia for a few days, Oct. 14 - 16, taking advantage of the long weekend. So -

Does anyone have
1) hotels they would recommend
2) a "must see" itinerary or additional recommendations

I guess we're going to go to Rio Negro for a day as well. Basically I'm was going to leave the itinerary up to her to arrange but I'm kinda anal about these things.. I'm an american after all.
