If I practice yoga at home (rarely), I have to close the door. There's nothing worse than having cat hair in your face when you're sweating and trying to get into a position! But it was probably better than all of the sinus infections I kept on getting. But now I rarely have any problems. I don't even have to take Claritin during hay fever season. They would shine the laser all over the floor when they were chasing it pretty good, they would flash it on the couch and when the cats got close to it, shine it on the wall behind it and they would not even stop and jump up at it falling to the floor again.
