Greetings, everyone - I'm new to this site and have learned a lot already. Thanks. I'm hoping to travel to Bogota February 13th, to pick up my new 10 year old son from an orphanage. We will need to stay for about a month. Although he's fluent in Spanish, I only know a few phrases. Looking to stay someplace safe and relatively close to the ICBF Adoption office.
