Has anyone actually been on the new aircraft yet??? I leave on the Tuesday night Red Eye from JFK with my 10 year old and wanted to know if the plane has the Personal TV's. When I called to confirm the flight, the agent couldn't answer my question. (surprise surprise) What he did tell me was that the flight was only half full. Avianca Minus

Is it me, or does Avianca Plus make you jump through hoops when you want to use your miles? Getting the dates I wanted was not a problem at all, even though it's during high season. The problem is actually getting my hands on the tickets! I was able to use my credit card to pay the taxes on my tickets and that was 2 weeks ago and I still haven't received my e-ticket.
