Hi, I'm going to Colombia for the second time this year, and am thinking of buying a piece of Emerald jewelry. I am not sure how much time we'll spend in Bogota, and besides that, I am kind of shy and not really into bargaining. Can I just buy something at the duty free, or is that a total ripoff? Do they expect you to bargain even there? Is there anywhere that I can go with no knowledge of gemstones and not get completely taken advantage of? Also, what is the procedure for bringing emeral ...
