Bogota "CHEAP & SAFE" Hotels close to the airport

My porject of going to Colombia is taking some shape, and I am planning to go to Santa Marta, I have to options in my way back to Miami so I am collecting information to decide which option is cheaper, I don't know anything about Hotels by El Dorado Airport so I need some advice:
