I have to clear a very old,overgrown and jungle like garden here in Cali soon.
Does anybody know if there could be anything nasty lurking in there spider,snake or insect wise.Anything that could bite,sting,run up inside of trouser leg,spit burning venom in eyes,drag off to lair to feed young, etc,etc....

true supermarket horror story

My not so good spanish has let me down again i thought to myself,i`m sure my wife asked me to get a BAG of milk,you cant get milk in a bag,that would be ridiculous,a carton or a bottle of milk yeah,but a bag?i dont think so.Iset off to the local la14 supermarket and headed to the dairy products.Lo and behold there in front of me was a whole fridge full of bags of milk,next to a fridge full of bags of water.Laughing to myself i got what i needed,paid and made to leave.On the way out of la14 you h ...

colombians eyes

is it only me or has anybody else noticed that as colombians get older their pupils start slowly going a milky white colour.why is this?

Going for it! Moving to Cali!

I`ve had enough of this grey,grey country.The decision has been made,we are selling up and relocating to cali which is where my wife is from.I`ve been visiting colombia for 16 years and i love it and its people.
