They issue a list of names every now and then. If your names on the list you either leave or die. Two of my nephews made the shitlist about a year ago and fled to Bogota after the third person on the list had his throat cut as he answered a knock at the door. They have since returned to terron and I think its only a question of time before something nasty happens to them. I go to terron quite often to visit in laws but would never go there on my own.

The last people that lived there were two old ladies that were witches. A rich old gay bloke used to own it and murdered a load of rent boys and buried them in the basement.When we had some work done in the basement the builder found two secret rooms that had been bricked up.He did a bit of digging around but didnt find any skeletons. A ghostly figure dressed in black that walks up and down the back stairs. The ghost of a little girl that keeps opening the closet doors in one of the bedrooms. The ghost of a dog with red eyes in the garden. Ghostly female singing...loads of stuff. But I havent seen anything yet.

fugdis comments on Building a house in Colombia? I have to agree with boatygringo here. I would suggest getting a Colombian to get any quotes for you otherwise your gonna get raped from the get go. Building projects here should not be attempted by anyone with bad nerves,ulcers,stress,explosive temper etc. Also,forget about existing foundations.Upon detailed inspection of the retaining walls in the basement of the current project it appears that somebody forgot to add any cement to the mix and the boulders were held together with sand.
