fosth comments on OPINIONS ON LEARNING SPANISH MacGringo Miamimike is correct, i found i lernt more spanish just through total immersion and just chatting to who ever would listen. This was usually in bars and resulted in a few dates,getting slapped and generally a good laugh. I studied at a uni in Bogota at the same time but found the university of life was better!

Paul What area of England are you in? A Colombian friend of mine has just arrived here in the Southampton area. She speaks perfect english and teaches spanish. She will be able to give you info on Colombia. I was there last year and will be going back soon so i know quite a bit about Colombia but i'm no expert.
