Thanks for posting this event. It looks great, but its organized more like a "PACHANGA" than a real wine festival, it seems that they have spent enough money on this event/festival to make more cultural appealing. It would sound allot more conducive for me if they had wine tastings, including liquors and aperitifs, bringing in international CHEFS instead of of bands from Puerto Rico, inviting other grape and wine producers from around the country. Companies from Spain would gladly cooperate in food, wine and music. Taking this option the festival would have a serious recognition world wide, instead of being the usual Aguardiente, fritanga, beauty queen pageants and salsa music rumba parties filled with drunks and women exposing their new cosmetic implants. Hay Colombians.....hay Colombians how they like to pachangiar. I will write to the organizers of this event and suggest this points and possibly to participate in the wine and gastronomic aspect of organizing this part of the event. PBH NEEDS MORE TYPE OF POST LIKE THIS THAT DEAL WITH CULTURAL THEMES. But then again is impossible since the average poster here on PBH has a low IQ level and they are more interested in reading about Gringos involved with Barrio girls and Uribe fanatics that are obsessed with Chavez.

This paisa took a bigger bite that what he can chewed, personally I think he is not a bad guy and he means well, but lets face it, he is not that brilliant, you have to be a bit naive to believe that you are in control and led to believe that you have been given the power, that's not how it works and especially dealing with Cuba. I talk recently to some people that were there in Habana for the show and I happen to know some of the performers at that concert and the story and reality has many sides, it was a controlled event from both sides, this Paisa was fooled and used by the Cubans and the USA, he had NO CONTROL of the event. If we think you can fight bullets with flowers you are just plain dumb and gonna get your ass shot dead, you must have a shield and a sword to slayed the dragon. Nothing was said at the concert, not one performer said anything that meant something. The best part of the circus act was when I saw "La jinetera' that left Habana to Milan twenty years ago and now returns to Habana as a star trying to sing (she has no talent at all) to a million bussed in Cubans, man did we laugh...........this is who was representing Juanes.......PROSTITUTES JAJAJAJAJA...... Most of the performers at the concert are has beens with the exception of El Maestro Silvio Rodriguez and my good friend X Alfonso.
