i am going to Bogota next week and I have a question directed to those in the know. I take creatine a fine white powder that helps me with my sports and work outs. It is a white powder that could look exactly like another white powder. I am not taking the package b/c it is huge. Should I not take it? What a shi#hole. But I had a great time. It is not as hot as everyone says, not like Cartagena but the air pollution is repressive. I am an avid runner and I think if was to run 2km that I may get lung cancer. I stayed at the Hotel Tonchala and it was comfortable and rather nice($60 a night). Well it is good to be back on PBH! I am plannig a trip to Cucuta to meet a young lady(got rid ofthe princess from Cartagena).
