My second trip to Colombia

I'm taking my second trip to Colombia this month staying a week in Medellin and a week on San Andreas Island. My last trip to Medellin me and my fiancee just stayed in the city and seen the sites. This trip we want to see the outlying country side around Medellin. She mentioned Rio Negro, Guatape, and Santa Fe De Antioquia. Anybody have info on these cities or other cities near Medellin to visit? I don't think we'll have any problem finding things to do on San Andreas Island. ...
