Doctor Who, I was in Medillin awhile back. My then novia thought it would be interesting for me to have facial plastic surgery (NOT!). It was out of the question as far I was concerned but, I did agree to meet with a surgeon. I talked to the surgeon. He seemed like a helpful guy, honest, and spoke fluent english. No, I didn't have the surgery.
