I am looking to send papers to this area and was wondering if anybody knows or heard of this Barrio...(sur de Bogota , barrio sanjuanito) (cra. 17B). I have Googled it to death and it seems to exist in one publication about water but no one seems to know it or heard of it, even my contacts in Bogota. They think it's a poor Barrio in the South but no conformation as of now.....Thanks if you can help. ...
My wife is in a Radio (98.1 Orlando) modeling contest and needs help, she needs your help, and your vote. Pleae vote for her. I used a grainy film and could have done a better job with the photo as it was conservative. Pleae vote Claudia S. by going to

I have not received packet 3 and the mail system in Colombia has a reputation of not delivering the mail. I took care of this by submitting packet 3 on my own and not waiting for the embassy to send it. The interviews for March were updated and I missed the cut . So today I called the embassy which has a pin system and I payed to talk to them about my interview date/time. I was told that they have no access to this information and to wait for packet 4. I said if you don't update the site like yo ...
I used some of the methods learned from members of this board and VJ about submitting Packet 3 before receiving it. This saves time espically since Packet 3 has a way of not always showing up on time or at all. My question is how long should I wait before calling to see if I got my appointment for April (checked the new March appt.times and I'm not on there.)That's assuming I can call at all to find my appointment time. Is it worth a try? I need as much time to plan ahead (work, plane tickets) b ...
My K-1 application is on the way to the embassy in Bogota and my fiance has looked every where for her vaccination records but cannot find them. She then checked the public records in her city in Manizales but they explained since it's 30 years they no longer have them. Now what? Does she get all new shots? I think she should consult a doctor to see what he may advise. I hate like heck going to Bogota only to get rejected over lost shot proof. any ideas?
Thanks ...
I just sent of my 129F to the Texas Service Center in Mesquite Texas using the US Mail (USPS) overnight delivery with a 1200pm guarantee. I received this message

"We attempted to deliver your item at 11:25 am on October 26, 2005 in MESQUITE, TX 75185 and a notice was left. A second delivery attempt will be made. If unsuccessful, we will hold it for five business days and then it will be returned to the sender. Information, if available, is update ...
When submitting supporting documentation with the I-129F visa to the service center here in the United States there is no mention of any requirement for me to submit my fiancee's birth/with translation certificate. Is any one aware if this is a requriement with the Service Centers or only the embassy in Bogota? ...
Has anybody taken the flight out of Bogota into Manizales? I'm looking for any information that might make my trip easier. Also has any one had any problems with the alltitude in Bogota (9000 ft. or Manizales at 7000 ft)? The information I gathered states anything below 8000 ft you should be ok but I have read reports of alltitude problems in Manizales. Has anybody on the board been there lately? I have heard good things about the city and will be seeing someone special in my life there. There's ...
I would like any information or experiences board members have had taking the bus from Cali to Manizales. What is the trip time and mainly is it safe at this time? How about the cost? I really want to avoid taking a plane from Cali to Bogota to Manizales. Also if anyone has any experiences with good hotels or B&B in Manizales it would be a great help. Did you like Manizlaes? Thanks for the help! ...
