What's the Usual Time frame of having the (fiance) visa in hand, after the interview?

In other words, how many days after the interview, does one (lady) actually have the visa in hand and can leave the country? Any of those with recent experience, either first hand, or indirect, who can help... I am much obliged. Need to know, for planning appropriately. Thanks for your help, in advance. ...
