I just received a report last night, that a colombian friend was drugged with escopolamina outside, of all places, El Banco de Colombia, in Cali and in the daylight. {The Bank is not open at night, is it?} This happened about three weeks ago, and my friend is not doing so well; still cannot walk, and the memory is returning ever so slowly. So, don't let your guard down. This is an event that you don't have to worry about in the United States; not during the day, and not unless perhaps you go out to party at night, in some of the racier bars. But, while in Colombia, you must not forget this can happen. Even to a colombian.
