Hey, that’s my special pan!
Yep, don’t wash them with soap, otherwise (a) they rust, and (b) anything you cook tastes like soap. If they get really grotty, heat them up, throw in a spoon of salt, and give it a good rubbing with paper towel.
The other thing I love is that they don’t warp - the bottom stays flat, perfectly flat, forever.
