Best Bar in Bogotá

I just moved to Bogotá a few weeks ago and live in Chicó, where obviously there's a bunch of nice bars etc. I primarily hang out near Zona T, Zona G, and near Parque 93. But there is SO much more of the city to see. As i've been downtown a few times to see La Candelaria etc, i don't know where else to go on the weekends except in the areas i usually hang out. I have a question about obtaining work visa documents. I've seen in several different places that different documents have to Notorized and apostillized. Furnished Apartment Question

Hey guys. I'm moving to Bogota in Mid-September and am looking for a furnished apartment for a few months to start, before i actually look for a real place. Can anybody recommend a good company that offers furnished rentals around the "upper east" area of Bogota? (ex.. near Parque 93 or somewhere around Calle 100 and ave 15) I have a good friend in that area and would prefer to be relatively close.
