While I may not agree on all the tactics used by Senor Uribe to develop Colombia, I have to acnowledge that reading letters such as the one below is very encouraging for the future of Colombia. Will the FARC retaliate?

Now that Raul Reyes is dead, what do you think the FARC will do? Retaliate against the hostages? Kill Ingrid? Try to create terror in Bogota, Medellin, Cali, Barranquilla or the other main colombian cities? Even though I truly hope nothing happens, I wouldn't be surprised to see greater tension in those cities in the near future. I hope that the policia nacional and the ejercito can keep those cities secured and care for my loved ones in Colombia. What do you guys think? ...
