Is it possible for me to work in colombia?

So, I want you all to hear my story. Im a doctor, age 30+, im specialized in cardiology and general medicine (also known as family medicine). So i am double specialized. This is a normal day for me, I wake up 5 oclock, im at work 6 oclock, I come home about 10-11 PM and repeat the next day. I work 7 days a week like this.
