I'm a soon-to-be college grad from the US pursuing a teaching position at a university in Cartagena. I'm working on getting enough information to determine if this will be financially feasible for me. I've been told that the salary would be 2,000,000 pesos/month. Does that sound like decent pay/enough to get by comfortably and be able to travel a bit? I don't have much of a sense for how far the currency goes in Colombia. I live fairly simply and would only be looking for eit ...
