MOVING TO COLOMBIA

I will be moving to colombia for a couple of years in February. Was last there 3 years ago and Taganga made a good impression on me, so it will probably be the place I'll call home base. I've been on the road for quite some time so have no experience setting up house. I've been relying on cybercafes for internet & phone calls and whatever the hotel and local bars supply for tv.
