Search: Cheap furniture in Bogota

If anyone in Bogota has any cheap furniture(probably used) they are interested in selling to a group of young foriegners trying to furnish their apartment drop me a line. It would probably be better if it was located somewhat nearby, we live near El Campin. Probably not interested in anything too nice as we are not staying permanently and we dont have too much disposible income. Thanks, Dave

Leticia to Ecuador with out flying

Is it possible to take some combination of bus and or boat to Ecuador from Leticia? What about into Lima? Has anyone done this? Is it reasonably safe? Dave

onward ticket necessary with cedula?

I am living here in Bogota and will be going back home to visit my family in the US next month. When I am flying back to Colombia will I need to purchace an ongoing ticket to get on the plane even though I am a resident? I know you need to if you are a tourist, but I was not sure if the rule still aplied to residents. Sorry if this has been covered in another thread, but I couldent find it. Dave ...

bus schedule for bogota?

So I have been living in Bogota for about a month now. I have a pretty good understanding of the bus system, but one thing I have not seen is a map that shows all the bus routes through the city. I have the transmillno map, but every time I want to get to a new area of the city I have to ask around if anyone knows the best route to take. Let me know if you know of any sources. Chao.
