Hotel In San Andreas

I am travelling to San Andreas in December and would like a good hotel recommendation. I lost my leg in an accident a few years back, but get around good. So I would need something that's not extremely difficult accessibility wise. Most important: Cool people to hang with and beautiful women all around me.
