Dan comments on I was married in Colombia, and divorced in US and then Colombia. She didn't even fight or even ask for anything so I got out of it clean.

Dan comments on I'm one!!!! She goes to the US, Few months later, she leaves, next thing I know, I find out she knew the bastard before when she was still in Colombia AND, he works in the same military unit as I do. She actually asked me to delay the divorce to be able to get her 10yr Resident card... HELL NO!! Now, she's in the US, Expired Resident Card (2yr conditional) and still living with the guy. To Hell with them both!!

When I lived in Germany in 5th grade, I alway tried getting these Chocolate eggs that had a smaller plastic egg inside with a little toy. When we stopped in Germany on the way over to Afghanistan, The airport shop had some... so, I bought a couple and the first one I got was the green dragon. (the other one not as great). Right now, I have it sitting on an equipment box "guarding" my stuff.

Dan comments on bamacellist Sounds like you have quite a good time with the music. I'm (sort of) starting to teach myself to play the Viola. So far, I don't know much. I'm hoping to learn more when I return home.

Dan comments on How much Japanese should I speak when traveling to Japan? Hey Peter... or anyone else for that matter... Here's a site I've been using off and on for the past year to learn Japanese. So far, I'm hardly past the alphabet and haven't even started on Kanji. But, there are some good resources to get started and there's a lot of people there (many seem very young) that are pretty advanced in comparison but good to check out still. http://www.thejapanesepage.com/

Dan comments on How do I get rid of my belly better diet AND excercise... Everyone can do it, a lot of people choose not to because they think it's "too hard" to do.

Dan comments on Algae: The future of Bio-Fuels I've seen pictures of Algae plants but nothing as big as in that photo. I came across something about it when I was looking up Bio-Diesel fuels... there seems to be so much alternatives out there, but nothing really seems very economical. As in being affordable, acceptable, and plentiful.

Dan comments on deploying. I wish I was back in Germany right now. Nice cool breeze, the smell of flowers in the air and then I move on to dust dirt and the aroma of crap! Oh well. We'll see how the rest of the trip goes. I'm fine right now. Just another day at the office. I think I forgot to mention it, but while in Germany, I had some nice chocolate, one kind was filled with Brandy... Those were good.
