I looked up http://www.das.gov.co/ and found the below information for DAS in Medellin. When I tried to send them an email (to: secantadm at das.gov.co), it could not be delivered. Anyone have any idea why? I was told that I need to set up an appointment in advance to get a cedula from them in addition to the blood test, etc. Please help.
