Any cheap hotels in Cali?

Does anyone know of a cheap hotel in Cali? Something a step up from a back-packers hostel - single bed, private bath, did I mention cheap.
I was thinking of going to check out the Feria for a cuple of days.

Any American Football fans in Medellin?

Hey,
is anyone in Medellin interested in getting together to watch some ¨real¨ football??

I´ve only been here one week, and I´m already suffering some serious withdrawl.

Anyways, I´ve heard that Berlin bar in Poblado, has a satellite dish and they´ll put football on, if requested. Either Sunday or Monday works for me.

orphanage in Medellin??

Does anyone know of an orphanage in Medellin?

I read about someone on the old 'CaliGringo' site that used to bring toys and clothes et cetera down to an orphanage, and I wanted to do the same.

Also, any advice on what is needed would be helpful.
