Looking for a fun place in Bogotá that I can plan a birthday celebration. Looking for something with decent music, dancing, booze etc. For about 20 people or so should all be adults. Does anyone know the actual tax structure for earned wages in Colombia..not from a pension. I am negotiating a permanent transfer to our Bogotá office. They have never had a non Colombian citizen on payroll and are not sure about taxes. Just looking for an opinion on what kind of lifestyle I could have on about $40G's per year living in Bogotá'. That would be net after all taxes etc. I have been there many times but always on my companies dime so that is not the same as living everyday.
