A fairly modern, more up-market hotel just outside the Old City which offers a good mix of value and comfort for those on a slightly higher budget.

The good: Friendly and helpful staff, very clean, quiet and safe
The bad: Really hard beds and a bit on the pricey side
We stayed here for a couple of nights after staying in an apartment in Cartagena for 2 weeks. The staff were great. It was really close to everything but really quiet. It was very clean and compared to a number of other places we looked at, was very good value (although still one of the more expensive places we´ve stayed at).
My only complaint is that the beds were very hard which might not be to everyone´s liking.
