Single Room 35,000 Pesos (private bathroom)
Double Rooms 38,000 pesos (shared bathroom)
Double Rooms 45,000 pesos (private bathroom)

Laundry Service costs 8,000 Pesos, Internet is 2,000 Pesos per hour and hi-speed wifi comes FREE.

Nice place, well managed, lots of good information. My only complaint is the location, right on a very noisy and busy street, so bring your ear plugs or get one of the few rooms off the street. All in all a great value!

Turns out the noise from the streets is pretty much temporary for a few weeks, traffic is being diverted from the PanAmericana while a bridge is being built. Also, there are no rooms off the street!

But once it ever quiets down, it's a great place!
