Dorms cost between 9,000 and 12,000 COP depending on the time of year and private rooms with bathroom with fan cost 15,000 - 22,000 COP per person. Discounts are available on the private rooms when occupied by more than one person. The owner is fluent in many languages including English, Spanish, and Japanese.

We have stayed there twice and I think is a very good option for budget traveling. It`s literally 1/2 block from the beach and main port, about 1 block from the historical part of the city (casa de la aduana, alliance Colombie-Francaise, and such). Safe surroundings, lots of places to eat cheap lunch/dinner (5 - 6K COP), the owner is very helpful and speaks some German, French and Hebrew.
