Yesterday's Bombings In Cartegena and Bogotá

As many of you may know, somebody blew up a hotel in Cartegena, Bolívar, and also two bombs were placed on a single bus in Bogotá, D.C. I did not know enough Spanish to understand the rest that was said on the news yesterday. Can somebody tell Me what these bombers want specifically, besides Communism in general?

/yes An employee of the hotel Capilla del Mar in Cartagena found a small bomb in a bathroom, then the police came and they exploded, no one was hurt.

And in Bogota someone left small incendiary bombs on two buses.Just the driver of one of the buses that was empty got minor injuries.

Suerte ! Sebas
