I hate to see these champion dancers that are stiff as hell and follow a routine that has no real free style to it. It's like they are dancing on these imaginary numbers on the floor. These kids were absolutely natural. What a pleasure to see.
Thanks Kat

This group is awesome. Last time I saw them in LA on a competition. They were the group winners. Excellent technique. I've been wanting to go visit the school in Cali - to learn some steps - perhaps soon!

about "stiff dancers champions" - thats very hard to believe! Dancing takes A LOT of practice and is a very demanding field - if someone wins a competition is because they really know what they are doing - Eventhough, this group looks very natural - they used a wide combination of techniques - that not only need to be practice, but memorize as well - believe or not!

I can't tell for sure but me thinks it may be the Swing Latino school. If so, here are a couple of their alumnae in Austin. Proud to say I can count them among my best friends, though their dancing ability has yet to penetrate all the cells of my gringo body. They are just getting started here in the states. Please excuse the thumping bass...recording too close to the speaker.
