Will the REAL "michelada" please stand up??"

I have heard of a lot of different ways to make a michelada (beer with...???) in my travels. In Envigado, I found out that it just consists of a cold beer, lime, and salt (this combo is a mere chela when "hecho en Mexico"). Are there other versions in Colombia? To me, an authentic michelada consists of 7 ingredients...any reasonable guess what they would be??? Also, what would be your "birra preferida" when making one???

Critter have you had Michelada with chile piquín as well? yep! lemon, salt and chile piquín... I am not a big fan of tecate but I'd like to drink one with you some day =D

I prefer Corona bien fría!

As far as I know there are no other versions in Colombia but the one you describe, btw would you be so kind as to share with us your recipe?

See I have a headache whenever I drink michelada but maybe your recipe will do me good. don't you think?
