there is plenty going on with those buildings. not sure how you can say there is not much happening there, there are no delays..... they got some pretty deep pockets the fellas backing that little development. i walk by there daily and everytime it seems to be taller... theres a hell of a lot happening down that road.... not quite sure where all the cars are going to go... also opposite oviedo mall on avenida el poblado they are building the biggest book shop in colombia...kelvin
