Will Medellin be dead around Christmas(Dec 16 -25)?
Heading to Medellin December 16-25, and would like to enjoy the city's nightlife and attractions while there. Will the city be dead, or will there still be plenty to do? Will Mango's, Parque Lleras, etc. be ghost-towns?

litost says on Dec 4, 2006, 05:28: Feria de Manizales usually starts the first weekend of january and goes through all week to the next one, the last weekend being the biggest party. Around that same time are also the Fiestas de Salento, a load of fun too and much cheaper of course!
