Places like Pasto and other small cities and towns off the beaten tourist path are great places to meet nice, beautiful women that aren't as plastic as those found in the big cities. You also won't find the hordes of prepagos and pros you'd see in other places. People in Southern Colombia are a lot more laid back and tend to be very traditional.
